False-beginner lessons up
I’m happy to report that most of my false-beginner materials are posted here. Going through these materials really took me back to when I was teaching low-proficiency-level courses, which I enjoyed and found quite rewarding. I found it especially interesting to have discussions about American holidays and the holidays in my students’ countries. In fact, one entire category of materials is about American holidays–although I stretch that definition quite far, including materials about Black History Month and Super Bowl Sunday.
