I am interested in IPA.
That’s great! We will use it a lot this semester.
It’s so interested that English is composed of 2 IPA types as well as Japanese!

I think IPA is really good because in some languages there is no clear borderline between voiced sound and unvoiced sound so it helps a lot.
It is a little bit difficult for the Chinese to distinguish whether a letter is Voiced or Voiceless. But, knowing the differences between Voiced letters and Voiceless letters is necessary for my spoken English. So, I’m going to study more about consonants.
I understand that there are two types of IPA and I found it difficult to pronounce. So, I will practice pronunciation more.

ざずぜぞ pronunciation depends on your personal pronunciation and the position in the word. Sometimes ざ is pronounced /za/, and sometimes it is pronounced /dza/.
I got it .It was funny ざじずぜぞ depend on our personal pronunciation because I dont listen to othes speaking carefully.(I noticed that from that video) I want to learn more from your lecture. I look foreward to the next lecture.

I’ve learned about Pronunciation at different class, but I couldn’t master the vowels. there are so many similar sounds for me, I guess it is a little difficult for Japanese. I have to try hard this class to master it.
